Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Chief Stewardess to lead our interior team aboard a 46-meter private motor yacht. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual with a passion for luxury service to oversee the interior operations and provide exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and train the interior team to maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and organization
- Oversee guest services, including meal service, housekeeping, and overall guest satisfaction
- Ensure the smooth running of the interior, including laundry, inventory management, and stock control
- Maintain a strong focus on detail and quality, ensuring the yacht is always presented to the highest standards
- Coordinate with the Captain and other crew members to ensure seamless communication and smooth operations
- Manage guest special requests, ensuring exceptional service at all times
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of meals and drinks when needed
- Oversee the management of all interior equipment and supplies, ensuring proper care and maintenance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role aboard a luxury yacht or high-end hospitality environment
- STCW, ENG1, and valid yachting certifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in high-pressure environments
- Experience in managing inventories, housekeeping, and bar service
- Proficient in managing guest expectations and ensuring satisfaction
- Strong team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving

- MLC compliant contract
- Salary USD DOE
- 42 days of leave per year
