Licence: STCW. Medical Fitness. Ship's cook certificate. B1 visa.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Sous - Chef for a private 70+m. Previous land-based experience in high end restaurants & hotel are a must. You should be a team player and be keen to learn from 3 rotational head chefs and at the same time independent to be on your own if required. We have stable crew and low crew turnover.
Salary: EUR 4,800 per month
Package: 5 months on and 1 off. Discretional 13 month bonus and annual pay review.
