Summary
Looking for a SOUS CHEF to join 60+m M/Y, private/charter, dual season.
Can be offered as a temp position for a month.
Ideally looking for someone to train in house to go rotation with the current head chef of 5 years.
Applicant will have a restaurant background, Some yachting experience preferred.
MALE due to cabin arrangements.
Will be cooking for 15 crew and assisting Head Chef with guest food.
Must be knowledgeable of a variety of cuisines and be a team player with all departments.
Ideally looking for someone to step up to head chef soon
Good skill set and wanting to build on them.
Start,
$5000 a month D.O.E and training
$1500 flight allowance
38 days leave per year
