Sole Chef – Private 38m M/Y
This is a seasonal position aboard a 38m private motor yacht cruising the Mediterranean. The vessel offers a relaxed but professional environment and is looking for a confident Sole Chef with experience delivering high-quality Mediterranean cuisine, particularly Italian and Spanish dishes.
Start date: 15 April – 30 September

Package: Salary paid in Euros, leave included
Experience/Skills required:
• Minimum 1 season’s experience as a Sole Chef on a yacht
• Strong background in Italian and Spanish cuisine
• Culinary trained with a keen eye for presentation and freshness
• Able to manage provisioning and galley operations independently
• Positive attitude and ability to work within a small team
Qualifications required:
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate
• Food hygiene certification (valid)
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
