SEASONAL STEWARDESS/HOSTESS REQUIRED FOR LONDON BASED VINTAGE YACHT

Contract: Full-time, Temporary (mid April – end October 2025)
Salary: £42,000 per annum, pro-rata
Status: Live-out
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stewardess/Hostess to work on a lovely vintage yacht on the Thames for the season, running from mid April to the end of October 2025. With a great eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills, you will provide outstanding levels of service to the owners and their guests on this Thames-based yacht.
Working alongside and reporting to the Skipper, you will ensure that the yacht is guest-ready and stocked for any day trips, organising catering to spec and arranging additional service staff when required. The ideal candidate will be vibrant and energetic with a zest for life, as well as flexible and adaptable.
On-call availability up to 6 days per week (Tue-Sun) will be required as trips are weather dependent, so the successful candidate must be London based to ensure a fuss-free commute to and from the yacht. Should a dinner cruise finish late, a taxi home will be arranged for the Stewardess/Hostess. This role can be undertaken on a self-employed basis or on a fixed-term contract basis.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Professional interaction with guests and excellent service in every aspect of the onboard experience
• Organising catering to spec, table/flowers and food presentation, service, and bartending
• Organising additional service staff when required
• Detailing of kitchen/bathroom and ensuring cabins are clean and tidy
• Drinks restocking and dry cleaning
• Assisting with lines and fenders on deck (training given)
