Tender Engineer – Fleet of Tenders
Start date: 20 May
Location: Middle East / Europe
Package: Salary in Euros – 114 paid days leave
Experience and attributes required:
- Servicing & Maintenance of Inboard & Outboard Engines
- Knowledge of Stern Drive & Hamilton Jet Drive Propulsion
- Knowledge of Volvo, Mercury & Cummins Engines
- Knowledge of Whisper, Fischer Panda & Cummins Onan Generators
- Fault Finding Mechanical & Electrical Systems
- Knowledge of AC & DC Electrical Systems
- Data Recording of Engine Hours & Servicing
- Dealing With Other Crew Members on Board & within the Fleet
- Use of Excel & Word
- Call Outs & Break Downs with Little Time to Prepare
- Use of IDEA (PMS-Planned Maintenance Systems)
- Time Keeping & Punctuality
- Carry Out Work Unsupervised
Qualifications required:
- AEC 1 & 2
- Power Boat Level 2 (Not necessary but would be advantageous)
- Electrical Qualification of some sort (Not necessary but would be advantageous)
- Engineering NVQ/Diploma/Degree or equivalent
- STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
- Seafarer's Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months
- Seaman's Discharge Book
