50m private vessel seeking a female crew chef, due to cabin arrangements.
Start in May, but flexible for the right candidate (can start earlier or later)
Vessel based in WPB, travel to Bahamas and New England in Summer TBC.
- B1B2 is beneficial but not essential.
- Drivers licence essential.
Varied healthy cuisine for a crew of 11. Minimal dietary requirements.
Head chef is on rotation, so you will often be running the galley solo.
Duties include:
- Provisioning
- Monthly accounts,
- Stock rotation
- Assisting head chef during guest trips.
Must be clean and tidy in their work space, as the guests often come into the galley.
Our current crew are healthy and active, not a party boat. Looking for someone with the right personality to fit in the with existing crew.
Good program, excellent management, long standing HODs, vessel rewards loyalty, 13th month bonus.
