Summary

Engineers,

We are looking for a FT Engineer to board a busy and active Westport 164'. Vessel is a popular and well established charter with some private use seasonally (1-2 Weeks).

Summer 2025 is going to be based in Ft. Lauderdale as we replace the decks and some moderate ER work including a haul out. Winter plans will be a short Bahamas/Caribbean season followed by an exciting 2026 with a busy charter season expected in CR/Pacific/Alaska* Subject to changes but that's the intention.

This position would suit someone looking for a great program to develop a long term relationship with.

Standard SEA and leave package (38 days) apply. Start date is 4 weeks from job offer due to existing contract with an interim engineer. We have some flexibility here for the right candidate. Established and knowledgeable second engineer onboard.

Looking for a Y4/Y3 with some great hands on mechanical skills and good knowledge of AV/IT, PMS, and generators. We run with Northern lights, MTU's and have a HUGs system installed. Existing long term crew looking for an outgoing, energetic professional to join a progressive team and get involved in an inclusive environment and take on the charter market!
