Summary
West Nautical is seeking a Sous Chef with at least 2 years experience, onboard a 65m M/Y on a world cruise.
The yacht has an incredible itinerary, offers a competitive salary, 60 days leave & a fantastic, close knit crew.
The role will be assisting the Head Chef & preparing the crew meals (18 crew). Meals are healthy based, catering to vegetarian & pescatarian tastes, additionally the right candidate should be confident in creating desserts, so confident in a wide variety of cuisines. Previous experience onboard a yacht in a similar role is essential & relevant Chef qualifications.
Due to cabin arrangements the role is for a female Chef only.
