Chief Officer/1st Mate in Spain

Summary

We are looking to recruit a First Officer for a 49m Private MY currently based in Palma de Mallorca.

The energetic, proactive candidate would ideally hold a minimum OOW 500gt Qualification, but we are willing to consider applicants with YM Ocean.

This is a hands-on position, with 30% time on the bridge and 70% running the deck department.

Candidates must be located in Europe, non-smokers, fit, able, and have a clean appearance.

Looking for a disciplined individual, well organized and ready for a challenge.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• Drivers License
• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RYA Yachtmaster Ocean
