Summary
72m Private M/Y looking for a Second Officer to join the team to start ASAP.
Great Captain on board who is focused on progression and training and encourages drive time for the officers.
You will work closely with the Chief Officer to make sure safety and yacht specific training is completed to a high standard and will be responsible for training the Third Officer in bridge duties.
The yacht is a single season, Western Med cruising in the summer and spends the rest of the time in Mallorca.
This vessel operates with a bridge team of four and deck team of three.
The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of all bridge navigation equipment, passage planning and general maintenance.
Generous training budget in place for those who will be willing to commit longevity to the program.
Experience with IDEA for planned maintenance & safety checks would be a bonus.
