Seasonal Sole Chef – Private/Charter 50m S/Y
We seek a confident and versatile Seasonal Chef for a beautifully 50m sailing yacht. The ideal candidate is culinary trained, thrives under pressure, and enjoys delivering a wide variety of high-quality, well-presented dishes to both guests and crew.
Start date: 1 May – 31 October
Itinerary: Mediterranean
Package: Salary paid in Euros, plus charter tips
Experience/Skills required:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience on charter sailing or motor yachts
• Strong background in Mediterranean cuisine with ability to adapt to international styles
• Confident delivering high-quality meals for both guests and crew
• Culinary trained with attention to dietary needs and presentation
• Calm under pressure with excellent time management and organization skills
• Fluent English
• Food portfolio and charter menu examples required
Qualifications required:
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate
• Food hygiene certification (valid)
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
