Who We're Looking For:
A female Junior Deckhand preferably based in north America with up to 1yr prior boating or yachting experience on 50m+ super yachts.
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt.
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
Must have:
Availability to join by April 10th, 2025
Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (including Proficiency in Security Awareness or Designated Security Duties).
Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate.
Valid B1/B2 visa for non US / Canadian passport holders
Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements
