YM200ton minimum
B1B2 in hand
Charter experience on similar sized programs
Longevity and positive referencees for prior work experience
English as a first language
Additional:
Captain is looking for a solid right hand who will make the most of being given additional responsibility and mentorship, as well as someone who integrates well with the crew, balancing the leadership role along with maintaining a positive crew dynamic and ensuring standards on board are maintained.
Crew enjoy their downtime and a healthy work/life balance, amidst raking in the charter tips.
The owner is exceptional and is happy for the vessel to remain mostly charter so crew can enjoy the extra gratuities, as his usage is infrequent. This is a reputable, established charter program with frequent repeat clientele.
Starting salary: $7-7500/month with 41 paid days leave annually and full medical.
Salary and employment package are negotiable DOE.
