We are seeking a Chief Stewardess with experience on 70m+ charter vessels for at least two years, demonstrating strong longevity and charter experience in their previous roles. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic project, working closely with the current Chief Stewardess, who has been with the owners for nearly four years. The ideal candidate will be confident, compassionate, and lead with kindness, with a strong focus on training and mentoring the interior team. This role is heavily administrative, so strong organizational, administrative, and accounting skills and excellent leadership and management abilities are essential.
The vessel has wonderful owners who previously owned another yacht and have built a great relationship with the crew. Their trips are typically short (less than a week), and they focus on chartering, which is prioritized over owner trips.
The yacht is currently in the Mediterranean, completing a short shipyard period. It plans to begin the Med 2025 season in April/May and head to the Caribbean for the Winter season for more charters. You will be joining an established interior team of 12 and a great multi-national crew that prioritises kindness and empathy and gets along exceptionally well.
