Summary

Temporary Sous Chef Position – 67M Private Motor Yacht


- Location: Panama (Start: May 4, 2025)

-Duration: 5 weeks (as sous chef is going on holiday)

-Salary: To be discussed in interviews

-Position: Female candidates only (due to cabin arrangements)


About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team on a 67M Private Motor Yacht in Panama for a temporary contract. The role primarily involves:

• Preparing a variety of healthy meals for a crew of 16

• Maintaining high hygiene standards and keeping the galley in top condition

• Working closely with the Head Chef (minimal guest trips expected)


Requirements:


Proven experience as a yacht sous chef/cooking for crew

Fluent English speaker

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

All relevant certificates in hand

B1B2 and Schengen visas if necessary



The yacht will be on standby in Panama before crossing back to the Mediterranean, during which both chefs will be on duty.
