Summary
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Sous/Crew Chef to join our 74m private charter dual season motor yacht. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, loves creating delicious food, and wants to be a key part of a tight-knit crew.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh, nutritious, and creative meals for up to 24 crew daily, showcasing a wide variety of cuisines and keeping things exciting in the crew mess. You will also work alongside our talented Head Chefs to assist in guest food preparation, gaining experience and exposure at the highest level.
We welcome candidates with strong land-based experience who are looking to transition into yachting, as well as those with prior yacht galley time. A strong understanding of food allergies and dietary requirements is essential, as are pastry and dessert skills. The ability to stay calm under pressure, work cleanly and efficiently, and bring a positive, team-spirited energy to the galley is essential.
- Experience on board is not essential as you will be supported by an expert Head Chef but a background in restaurants is essential;
