3rd Officer

Summary

• 80m Dual season Private/Charter Motor yacht are looking for a 3^rd officer to join them within the next 4 weeks – there is a small amount of flexibility for the right candidate

• This is an incredible opportunity for someone holding OOW 3000 or close to passing OOW.

• They are looking for an experienced candidate with extensive deck knowledge and experience who is looking to establish themselves as an officer on a well run, busy program with superb senior team to learn from!

• The role will include time spent on deck, working closely alongside the Bosun but also overseeing bridge paperwork, navigational watches and working closely with planned maintenance systems

• You need to have excellent leadership experience and comfortable running a team of 7 on deck. You also need to be an excellent large tender driver and confident with deck operations

• Busy season inbound with lots of Mediterannean cruising. Winter plans are TBC but potentially Wintering in Spain

• On offer is a fanastic rotational package which includes time for time (8 weeks on 8 off), industry standard salary which will be discussed during initial calls, 13^th month bonus, annual salary increments and training allowance

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
