Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service: Provide impeccable service including fine dining. Ensure guest's needs are anticipated and met with professionalism and discretion.
Housekeeping: Maintain and detail guest cabins and common areas to the highest standards. This includes daily cleaning, turn-down services, ensuring all areas are pristine.
Inventory Management: Help maintain inventories of interior supplies, including linens, toiletries, and cleaning products. Ensure timely replenishment and stock rotation.
Event Assistance: Support the planning and execution of guest events and themed evening, ensuring all details allign with guest expectations and yacht standards.
Team collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Stewardess and other interior staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide training and guidance to junior stews as needed.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory logs, guest preference sheets, and interior manuals.
