• 100m+ Dual season Private motor yacht are looking for a Deckhand/OOW to join their team in Mid May 2025

• This is a fantastic opportunity for an OOW unlimited holder to join a Prestigious yacht with a varied cruising itinerary, working alongside an established, professional deck team

• They are ideally looking for a candidate from a reputable commercial background and that has qualified with OOW unlimited and gained time as an officer operationally

• The role will be mostly deck based giving you the opportunity to learn yachting, get familiar with deck operations and build on your deck knowledge. The role will allow you to utilise your OOW withnavigational watches and time spent in the bridge when not on deck

• There is potential to grow within the program with plenty of opportunities available down the line once you have established and proven yourself

• Med/Caribbean cruising with steady owner usage

• On offer is a industry standard salary which will be discussed during initial calls, 3:1 rotation, 13^th month bonus, annual salary reviews and full training budget

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• Reg II/1 CoC Officer of the Watch (Unlimited)
