ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEW 80M SY
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a private + light charter dual season program starting mid to end of May. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Chief Stew role on a 70m+ yacht, and ideally charter experience. Sailing experience is not required.Key Responsibilities:
- Admin-focused role, with a balance of hands-on involvement and overseeing of the interior operations.
- Oversee the interior team of 9 and maintain the current procedures and structure, focusing on maintaining consistency and ensuring smooth operations.
- Use of Voly for managing accounts (familiarity with this platform is a plus).
- Oversee training, working alongside the Head of Service and Head of House to ensure smooth and effective onboarding of new crew members.
Package & Benefits:

- Salary: €7,000 per month + All charter tips are split equally among the crew.
