A high profile 50m private / charter MY is on the search for an experienced superyacht chef to join them on their South Pacific Island charter program.
The head/ sole chef should have previous superyacht experience on good caliber programs and be able to cater to a diverse charter clientele, taking into account dietary requirements and culinary preference sheets.
The vessel is based in the South Pacific Islands and will travel to various locations pending charters, with focus on French Polynesia region
Ability to provision in remote locations and accurately is highly desired
Candidates located in Oz / NZ regions also highly considered
The Ideal Chef
· Superyacht Chef Experience
· Diverse culinary range, Italian, French, Mediterranean, Asian ect
· Charter experience (highly desirable)
· Will ensure crew are well fed
· Can provision accurately and remotely
· Highly organised
· Presents well to guests
· Maintains clean work station and organised stores
· STCW, Seafarer medical, valid passport
Start: When Found
Salary: $7,000 US / month + Tips , Standard MLC leave (fulltime position)
