We’re looking for a Crew Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team!
???? What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Interviewing and advising candidates
✔️ Building strong relationships with clients, captains, and owners
✔️ Matching the right crew with the right yachts (24m–160m!)
✔️ Hosting Q&As, attending events, and visiting clients onboard
✔️ Promoting our services, including the Bluewater ONE Account
✔️ Managing recruitment sales, admin, and hitting performance targets
This role is perfect for someone who’s:
✅ Passionate about people and the yachting industry
✅ Organised, driven, and confident juggling multiple priorities
✅ Experienced in sales and customer service (ideally in a luxury setting)
✅ A strong communicator — ideally multilingual
✅ Familiar with the maritime world (experience is essential!)
