Summary

47m Private Yacht Seeking Chief Stewardess

We’re looking for a confident, motivated Chief Stewardess to join a 47m private motor yacht with a steady, well-run program based primarily on the U.S. East Coast and in the Bahamas. We’re open to experienced Second Stews from strong programs who are ready to step up and take on their first Chief Stew role.

The current crew is solid, with most having been onboard for quite some time, creating a positive and cohesive team dynamic. The program is low-key and consistent — the owner is typically onboard most weekends, occasionally hosting lunches or dinners. Service is casual when the owner is alone but shifts to a more formal style when his wife, family, or friends are visiting. We’re seeking someone who can manage and lead a team of two with a hands-on approach and maintain top standards in both housekeeping and service.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of yachting experience, strong leadership skills, a proactive attitude, and hold a valid B1/B2 visa. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure and consistency but can also adapt when things get a bit more formal.
