We are looking for a Cook/Stew + helping on Deck for this 25+m private MY.
You will be responsible for cooking mainly breakfast and lunch for the Guests, who are usually between 2 and 6, as well as preparing crew meals for 3. The role also includes standard interior duties and assisting on deck during docking, tender launching, and other operations.
The yacht is typically in port overnight, so Guest dinners onboard are rare. The Galley is “compact” and the Owner is realistic on his expectations so cooking will need to be at a good standard but also simple, healthy Italian/Mediterranean style.
Right candidate has at least one full season experience in a similar role or alternatively experience as Sole Stew + shore based professional cooking experience.
Fluent English.
Strictly no smoker, preferably no tattoos.
Total Crew: 3 - Captain/Engineer + Deckhand + Cook/Stew/Deck. Accommodation; single cabin in Guests area.
Salary: €3500 DOE. 30 days of leave per year, pro rata. Potential end-of-season bonus at the discretion of the Owner and Captain
