Skills and Attributes Required:

• Minimum 1 year experience as First Mate or Bosun on 40m + M/Y
• Excellent leadership/organizational/bridge management skills
• Proven navigational skills 
• Safe and competent tender driver
• Professional presentation

Qualifications Required:

• Yacht Master Offshore 200GT Minimum
• STCW(Fully Updated)with PDSD
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate
• Advanced Fire Fighting Certificate
• Valid B1/B2 Visa Essential 
• Valid Driver's License
