Seasonal Sous Chef – 73m Private/Charter Motor Yacht

Schengen Visa essential if necessary.
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our galley team of two aboard a 73m private/charter motor yacht for a busy Mediterranean season.
With a busy season ahead, we need someone who’s quick on their feet.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Solid restaurant background with a flair for fresh and seasonal dishes
- Ideally some previous yachting experience
- Confident working alongside the Head Chef in a high-paced, professional galley environment
- Comfortable catering to a variety of dietary preferences and international tastes
- Team player, positive attitude, clean and organized work style
The Role:
- Seasonal contract: 10 May – early September
- Dual season yacht (currently Med-based), private and charter use
- 18 crew onboard
- Role shared with and supported by an experienced Head Chef
