Summary
We are presently seeking a Stewardess for a 74m private motor yacht to join asap in Florida to enable the incoming new Stewardess to settle in with the team of 6 in total interior crew. Working for lovely owners and with a crew who have a great dynamic together.
Salary $3500 rising to $3750 after a successful probation period.
Leave 60 days with a flight bonus of $1500 paid after 365 days onboard
Crew 19 and interior team of 6
Training $2500 for yachting related courses after 12 months service onboard.
Contract full MLC and medical while onboard
The proposed itinerary is a Caribbean cruise with the owner returning to Fort Lauderdale in preparation for the crossing to the Mediterranean. After the summer, a shipyard period is likely then on to the Indian Ocean and Indonesia thereafter. There has been mention that the yacht may go on the charter market next year.
To be considered for the position, applicants must have 1 year yacht experience as minimum and preferably on one yacht as job continuity is essential.
B1B2 visa in hand is essential
All STCW certificates in date
Valid ENG 1/Seafarers Medical certificate
PDSD certificate preferred
Food Hygiene level II certificate
Excellent and verifiable references
Yoga instructor or pilates also of great benefit.
Professional (due to the size of the vessel, all crew members are expected to follow the masters standing orders, always representing the vessel, both on and off-board.

This is a beautiful boat, and the crew are setting up the interior team with lots of effort made to give the owner a truly perfect experience onboard
Please note that this is dry boat with a zero tolerance policy towards drugs and alcohol.
