- Michelin background with a strong foundation in fine dining techniques
- Proven experience in luxury yacht or charter settings – confident provisioning, plating, and guest interaction
- Ability to create diverse, beautifully presented menus tailored to guest preferences (dietary needs, themes, etc.)
- Organised, self-sufficient, and able to thrive in a dynamic sole-chef environment
- Passionate about fresh, local ingredients and innovative cuisine
- 60-80ft luxury catamaran, fully crewed
- Busy high-end Charter program with the occasional Private owner/guest trips
- You will need to hold a B1/B2
