Summary
We are looking for a Bosun/Lead Deckhand with exceptional sailing skills to join a private, classic 40m S/Y which is currently in the U.K. The vessel will be Med cruising through the season. Then likely be based in Spain for winter. This is a single season vessel.
The season will include cruising as well as some high profile racing events.
We are looking for someone who has been sailing on larger sailing yachts who holds a Yachtmaster Offshore, you will need to have been in the industry for minimum of 4 years with solid deck and sailing knowledge as there will be 3 people on the deck team.
This will be an exciting opportunity for someone to be part of a high profile world class sailing programme.
Qualifications/Experience
· Large sailing yacht experience
· Previous racing experience is highly beneficial
· Confident tender driving skills
· Yachtmaster Offshore
· Schengen/EU passports required for cruising itinerary
