Summary
Looking for a motivated Sous Chef who wants to learn, work hard, and progress within the industry. I would like someone who is motivated to become Head Chef one day, I would rather have a Sous Chef like this who stays onboard with us for 2 years and then leaves for a Head Chef position with great references from us.
Crew motivation should be amongst the highest priorities of the Sous Chef. We are a busy yacht with guests onboard for over 5 months of the year.
Position is full time with 90 days leave per year, to be taken between seasons. Shared cabin, great crew, US owner.
