Summary
We are seeking a skilled Italian cuisine chef for a private motor yacht from May 1st to October 30th.
The yacht operates with a crew of 5 and hosts a small number of guests
The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, and passionate about high-quality Italian food.
Duty:
- Daily preparation of authentic Italian dishes, with special attention to quality and seasonal ingredients.
- Creation of custom menus based on guest preferences.
- Full management of the galley: provisioning, storage, and stock control.
- Compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards on board.
- Coordination with the crew to ensure impeccable service.
- Proven experience as a chef, preferably aboard yachts or in luxury hospitality.
- Excellent knowledge of traditional Italian cuisine and regional specialties.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of English.
