Summary
We are looking for a very hands-on Mate for a 29m MY + 45' Vanquish chase boat. Foreign Flagged Vessel.
We need someone who puts in the extra work to impress and create unique and joyful experiences for family & guests.
Location: Sag Harbor. Program consists of 4 months in Caribbean, 3 months in Florida and 5 months in Sag Harbor.

Start date: Mid/End of May
Minimum requirements:
- 200 GT YM coastal / offshore
- AEC 1 & 2
- Must have valid B1 Visa / US Passport
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Knowledge of pod drives
- 3+ years of experience
- Some fishing knowledge
- Diving beneficial
- Strong product knowledge and leadership abilities
Preferred candidates will be skillful in;
- Video editing
- Videography
- Drone flying
- Watersports
Yacht (29m)
- Navigational duties when needed
- Support Captain in daily yacht operations
- Support Captain in leading the deck team when needed
- Support Captain in organizing projects and contribute to high standards of deck operations
- Support deck team in providing exceptional hospitality to guests and excursions
- Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Being able to work flexible hours and be on call as needed.
- Support Captain in Yard Maintenace and coordinating with contractors
- High attention to detail
Vanquish Chase Boat
- Bridge procedures and navigational duties
- Regular maintenance, upkeep & detailing
- Coordinating with outside contractors
- Managing budgets for the boat, including maintenance, and other expenses.
- Have a strong understanding of navigation, engineering, and other technical aspects of the vessel operation.
