Great opportunity for an experienced Sole Chef to join a dual season 40m+ private/charter vessel in Palma for a busy charter season
Cruising itinerary will be Med for the season with 8 weeks of charters already booked as well as a couple of boss trips. After the Med TBD but more than likely back to the Caribbean for another exciting charter season.
Ideal candidate would have previous experience as a sole chef on similar sized vessels. Charter experience a bonus. It will be a very busy season so someone who is ready to hit the ground running, be a team player and smash out a successful season will do well in this role.
The boat can sleep 11 guests and you will also be cooking for a lovely, healthy and active crew of 8 on board so someone who enjoys being active and cooking healthy food would be a good fit.
When guests are on board will be in a triple cabin and when no guests onboard, will have own cabin in the guest area.
7.5k euros.
60 days leave (additional leave on top of the 60 days when the owner brings his own chef for boss trips).
2x flights per year. Bonus structure in place.
Annual training allowance. Full medical.
Schengen visa in hand.
Start date 12th/13th May in Palma.
