Position: Sole Chef

Contract: Seasonal – Mediterranean Summer 2025 (May 15 – October 15)

Cruising Itinerary: Western & Eastern Mediterranean

Present Location: Montenegro

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Sole Chef for a 43 meter private sailing yacht for the 2025 summer season. The vessel operates with a professional crew of 6 and accommodates up to 8 guests. Owners who enjoy fresh, creative, and health-conscious cuisine.

Role Overview

  • Prepare diverse, high-quality meals with an emphasis on healthy and flavorful dishes
  • Cater to a variety of dietary preferences and culinary styles
  • Efficiently manage provisioning, storage, and inventory
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic galley environment

Candidate Profile

  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented
  • Highly organized and adaptable with a calm demeanor
  • Strong culinary skills across multiple cuisines
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Previous yacht or luxury hospitality experience preferred
  • Professional, discreet, and drama-free
