Job description:
We are looking for a Sous Chef for an 80m+ private yacht. The right candidate must be culinary trained and have extensive knowledge of international cuisine.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous/Head chef
- Team player, hard worker, happy to work long hours under pressure, to maintain the galley and food stores in pristine, clean condition
- Someone happy to commit to the position for a while, no opportunities for promotion available
- To be able to drive a car and provide for himself in any region
- Excellent, verified references
Salary: 4700 EUR, Rotational 4,5 on and 1.5 off. Leave 0.33 days per day worked
