Location: MED

Start Date: 12th of May

Itinerary: Summers spent in the Mediterranean and winters TBC

Licence: STCW, Medical Fitness, PDSD, FHL2, Ship Cook, Schengen Visa/ EU residence, B1B2 Visa, international driving licence 

 

Job description: 

We are looking for a Sous Chef for an 80m+ private yacht. The right candidate must be culinary trained and have extensive knowledge of international cuisine.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous/Head chef
  • Team player, hard worker, happy to work long hours under pressure, to maintain the galley and food stores in pristine, clean condition
  • Someone happy to commit to the position for a while, no opportunities for promotion available
  • To be able to drive a car and provide for himself in any region
  • Excellent, verified references

 

Salary: 4700 EUR, Rotational 4,5 on and 1.5 off. Leave 0.33 days per day worked

 

Other: Strictly non-smoker / no visible tattoos.
