Full responsibility for all operations of the housekeeping, laundry, and service departments, including guests and crew.
A leader with strong organizational, and communication skills, leads by example, motivate and support other team members.
Responsible for providing the highest standards to the guests and staff ensuring that their requirements and needs are met, up to 100 guests
High end hospitality or Cruise ship experience. Minimum 3 years in yachting industry.
Large boats experience is a must
Experienced in managing large teams.
Reports to the Master, or in his absence, the Chief Officer.
