We are offering an exceptional opportunity Chief Stew / Purser role for a 80m+ MY. This hybrid role requires a confident leader who can seamlessly blend five-star guest service with strong administrative skills.
The Role:
- On Charter: Lead from the front with a polished, guest-facing presence while maintaining operational flow across the interior.
- Off Charter: Transition into an office-based capacity—managing crew flights, accounts, inventory, and interior admin.
This is not a high-turnover role—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact and elevate standards with a supportive and grounded approach. We need someone to be able to balance facing guest and present, whilst also keeping admin ticking over want someone who can remain balanced.
