PART-TIME HOUSEKEEPER REQUIRED FOR UHNW FAMILY IN BELGRAVIA
Location: Belgravia, London
Contract: Part-time, Permanent (13.5 hours p/w)
Salary: £20-£25 per hour, negotiable

We have a great opportunity for a hardworking and meticulous part-time Housekeeper to work for an UHNW family in their 5-storey home in Belgravia, London. This family of three are looking to appoint a detail-oriented and positive Housekeeper to work three mornings per week, undertaking all general housekeeping tasks.
With prior experience working in staffed high-net-worth properties, you will have excellent knowledge of cleaning products and know how to care for surfaces and fabrics with fine finishes. Duties will include general cleaning and tidying, making beds, cleaning and refreshing bathrooms, answering the door and taking receipt of any deliveries that may arrive.
Working hours will be from 8:30am-1pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The ideal candidate will be a good team player with strong communication skills, enabling them to liaise with the wider team where necessary, as well as being able to work autonomously. There are no pets at the property.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen
• Cleaning marble, rare woods, and other fine materials
• Changing bed linen and making beds to a very high standard
• Cleaning and refreshing bathrooms with fresh towels
• Laundry and ironing, including delicates care
• Receiving deliveries
• General tidying
• Rubbish and recycling management
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Prior housekeeping experience in high-net-worth residences or onboard super yachts
• Proficient in laundry with experience with delicates and fine materials
• Fluency in English
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Hardworking and dedicated
• High attention to detail
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Trustworthy and reliable
