Summary
We are looking for a Lead Deckhand who is looking to step into a Bosuns role for a world travelling 55m M/Y Expedition style vessel.
The vessel is private use only, it isn’t a heavily used vessel but travels extensively with plans to do the East Coast of the U.S, then East coast of Canada before heading off to Patagonia and then eventually ending up in Alaska.
You will need to have exceptional tender driving skills due to the number of tenders on board. Also be responsible for a large water sports operation, so ability and proven experience to lead a team is a must.
This would suit someone looking for a world travelling programme and someone who isn’t looking for rotation as this is not what the programme is about.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
· Yachtmaster Offshore
· Extensive water sports experience
· Large tender driving skills
· 3 – 5 years experience in the industry
· Visa’s B1B2 & Schengen required
· Large vessel experience would be preferred
