BOSUN – 70M MY
We are seeking a confident and experienced Bosun to join a private dual-season motor yacht currently cruising the Bahamas, with a return to the Med for the summer season. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, ready to step into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, leading a deck team of 5.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as Bosun on similar-sized vessels is essential.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- B1/B2 visa in hand is highly preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Male only, due to cabin arrangements.
Package:
- Salary: €4,000 - €4,500 per month (DOE)
- Leave: 3:1 rotation
- Discretionary 13th-month bonus
