Summary
A motivated and perfectionist Chef is wanted to join our exiting journeys aboard a rare 38-metre explorer super yacht.
The vessel (privately owned and not to be chartered) will be based in Port Adriano and is due to begin some outstanding itineraries with her new owners. Some destinations included in our schedule for the upcoming 3 years are Greece, Turkey, North Sea including Norwegian Fjords, Baltic Sea and of course the Caribbean.
The yacht is operated by a professional and lovely crew of 7 all year-around which take care of her very respectful and easygoing owners.
The chef will be supported when required by the interior crew, formed by a team of 2. The yacht will usually host between 2 and 8 guests (including the owners).
The vessel will be maintained to the highest and most meticulous standards, and so will the galley meet those at all times.
Start date will be between 15th of May and 1st of June (we are flexible with that).
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a neat, tidy and disciplined character. New joiners on yachts can be considered if the appropriate background meets our expectations.
- STCW and ENG1 certificates valid and up to date.
- All food & hygiene certificates valid and up to date.
- Valid Schengen VISA or EU residence.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Provable solid references and longevity in previous roles.
- Outstanding plating and meal decoration skills
- Ideally confident and experimented in Mediterranean, Asian and South-American cuisine.
