Summary
Seeking a competent and supporting MALE individual to join our team temporarily as a crew/sous chef. You will be sharing a cabin with a deckhand.
Looking for a crew chef to join our 51m private yacht from mid May until mid September with the potential for more time to cover the head chef’s holiday.
During this time, you will be cooking for 12 crew and there will be a 2 month owners trip with 2-8 guests.
Must be able to balance 3 meals a day for crew and assisting with guest food as needed.
Key Requirements:
B1 or legal to work in the US
AT LEAST one seasons experience
Over 26 years of age
Clean, organized and efficient
Able to follow direction
Those with extra baking/pastry skills and familiarization with Asian Cuisine will be prioritized.
