TEMPORARY HEAD CHEF 55M MY
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join a busy charter yacht for a temporary position covering a period of leave from 13th July to 1st September. During this time, the vessel will be actively involved in charters.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Chef on 45m+ vessels with a strong fine dining restaurant background.
- Expertise in cooking a wide range of cuisines and catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
- Charter experience is essential.
- High quality food portfolio and references that can be presented to the vessel.
The yacht primarily cruises the Mediterranean and typically completes 7-8 weeks of charter per season.
Team Structure:
- The galley operates with a Head Chef and Sous Chef.
- Total of 15 crew members onboard at one time.
Package/position:
- Remuneration will be discussed directly with candidates.
- Monthly salary paid in Euros, plus a share of charter tips (evenly split among the crew).
- Contract Dates: 13th July-1st September
