Summary
Sous Chef Position – 55m Private/Charter Motor Yacht
We are seeking an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join our team aboard a 55m dual-season motor yacht, operating both private and charter trips.
Itinerary:
- Starting Summer 2025 in the Balearic Islands
- Relocating to the South of France and Italy for the peak charter season
- Possible end-of-season cruising in Greece
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role on yachts of comparable size
- Strong culinary skills with a flexible and creative approach to diverse guest preferences
- Team player with a positive attitude, able to assist the Head Chef and step up when needed
- Culinary training and a solid understanding of provisioning in the Mediterranean preferred
- Valid STCW, ENG1, and Food Hygiene Level 2 (or equivalent)
