Summary
Seasonal 2nd Chef position available for a busy Charter- 62m M/Y
Ideally, at least 12-18 months' previous experience either as Sole or Sous/Crew chef on 50m+ yachts in addition to several years’ experience in restaurants. You will be working closely with the Head Chef and will be involved in the guests' food
Start: ASAP
Location: Italy
Package: Salary in €. 56 days leave per year
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Menu planning and cooking for crew,3 meals per day.
- Diverse with international cuisines/menu planning
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous experience with food allergies and dietary restrictions
- Staying on board for security watches every 4 days on average
- Provisioning the yacht using local supermarkets, transportation provided by the ship.
- Responsible for cleaning of galley, freezers, main refrigerator and dry storage following a specific cleaning schedule
- Professional presentation
Qualifications Required:
- STCW with PDSD
- Seafarer's Medical Certificate
- Food Safety and Hygiene L2
- Ships Cook Certificate (Preferred)
