Summary
We are seeking a professional and hands-on Captain for a 30m+ Private motor yacht currently located in France.
This is a full-time position on a well-run vessel that operates primarily privately. The yacht places a strong focus on teamwork, longevity, and maintaining a supportive, active onboard culture.
The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with excellent crew management skills and a calm, approachable demeanor. Previous experience in command of similar-sized vessels is essential, along with a background in Mediterranean cruising is highly desirable, although the vessel does intend to operate dual season and head to the Caribbean.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Captain who values a well-structured, positive working environment and is looking to join a quality vessel and grow with the program.
Salary – USD 12000 + Attractive bonus scheme
Leave – 50 days, additional leave can be discussed with Owner
Full Medical, 2 return flights annually
B1/B2 + Schengen Visas required
