The HR support undertakes a similar role to the HR administrator. They mainly act as a point of contact of employees to ensure the administrators can carry out back-office tasks. Depending on the size of the organisation, the HR admin role may not exist and the duties fall on the HR support staff.

Qualifications, training and skills required

• HR Qualification or equivalent
• Past experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of employment law
• Ability to work under pressure and timely manner
• Strong communication skills
