Mechanical Engineer

Salary : EUR 6000 to EUR 8000 Per Month

The mechanical engineer works across the different systems used on the yacht to ensure it operates smoothly and efficiently. They are involved in the construction and engineering of new builds which require them to be good researchers. They ensure operating systems are economical and innovative. They work closely with design and compliance teams to ensure fit for purpose standards are met. An eye for detail and problem solving is important to be able to confidently fix any unexpected mechanical faults.

Qualifications, training and skills required

  • Degree in Engineering (Marine Mechanical)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Work to deadlines
  • Communication Skills
