Training & Exam Coordinator
Salary : EUR 2000 to EUR 2500 Per Month
The training coordinator is responsible for undertaking relevant staff training to ensure they have all the required skills and qualifications for the job. As part of the training, there are exams to complete to show understand of the training. Trainers tend to be flexible and also supervise the exams. They tend to travel to different locations and exam centres which is where a drivers license is very handy. Trainers are very creative and come up with different ways to make the study engaging.
Qualifications, training and skills required
- Secondary School Education (GCSE equivalent)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- DBS checks (or equivalent)
- Creative
- Excellent planning skills
